September 14, 2024: Kent City, MI 49330 Norrix Knights (Kalamazoo, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Algoma Christian Knights (Kent City, MI), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Norrix improves its record to 11-5 on the season. The Knights host Portage Central (Portage, MI) to face the Mustangs in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 13-12. Portage Central won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI)
The Knights now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crossroads Charter Academy for a non-league test on Monday, September 16. Algoma Christian will face a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Libertas Christian (Hudsonville, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 7-3.
