South Dakota High School Volleyball - Custer tips Hill City
September 14, 2024: Custer, SD 57730 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD) and the visiting Hill City Rangers (Hill City, SD), observed Custer's volleyball team hold off Hill City by a count of 2-1.
The Wildcats (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against More (Rapid City, SD). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, More got by Belle Fourche (Belle Fourche, SD), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Rangers meet the Hot Springs Bison (Hot Springs, SD) in a A Region 8 contest, on Tuesday, September 17. Hill City will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Bison enter the contest with a 2-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Rapid City Central (Rapid City, SD).
