The Hammond Skyhawks football squad scored 25 points and restricted the host Wilson Hall Barons to 7 in the Skyhawks non-league victory on Friday.

The Skyhawks now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Camden Military for a SCISA AAAA battle on Friday, September 22. Hammond will play a Spartans squad coming off a 48-12 league loss to Laurence Manning Academy (Manning, SC). The Spartans record now stands at 1-2.

Coming up next, the Barons play the First Baptist School Hurricanes (Charleston, SC) in a SCISA AAA battle, on Friday, September 22. Wilson Hall will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Hurricanes enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 42-31 league win over Hilton Head Prep (Hilton Head Island, SC).
