September 15, 2023: Emory, TX 75440 The Rains Wildcats (Emory, TX) volleyball overcame the visiting Commerce Tigers (Commerce, TX), 3-0 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Rains upgrades its record to 11-15 on the year. The Wildcats host Edgewood (Edgewood, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a 3A Region II District 12 outing on Tuesday, September 19. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 19-10. Edgewood lost 3-2 in their recent league outing against Prairiland (Pattonville, TX)
The Tigers now own a 14-9 record. They play next when they host Grand Saline for a 3A Region II District 12 outing on Tuesday, September 19.
