September 15, 2025: Pikeville, KY 41501 Pikeville Panthers (Pikeville, KY) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Shelby Valley Wildcats (Pikeville, KY), 16-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Pikeville improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Knott County Central (Hindman, KY) to meet the Patriots in a non-league test on Monday, September 22. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 1-0. Knott County Central won 14-6 in their recent non-league test against Paintsville (Paintsville, KY)
