September 15, 2025: East Bend, NC 27018 The Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) soccer nipped the host Forbush Falcons (East Bend, NC), 1-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Pioneers now hold a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Ardrey Kell for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 17. Watauga will encounter a Knights team coming off a 3-2 league win over East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Knights record now stands at 4-2.
The Falcons (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Grizzlies enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record.
