September 15, 2025: Amite, LA 70422 Family Christian Flames (Baton Rouge, LA) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Amite Warriors (Amite, LA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Family Christian advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Flames host Beau Chene (Arnaudville, LA) to face the Gators in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Gators go into the test with a record of 2-4. Beau Chene won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy (Lafayette, LA)
The Warriors now sport a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to St. Helena College and Career Academy for a Division IV District 7 outing on Tuesday, September 16. Amite will play a Hawks team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Istrouma (Baton Rouge, LA). The Hawks record now stands at 1-3.
