September 15, 2025: Wheeling, IL 60090 The Waukegan Bulldogs volleyball squad (Waukegan, IL), was edged 2-1 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Wheeling Wildcats (Wheeling, IL)
With the win, Wheeling improves its record to 7-4 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Palatine (Palatine, IL) to meet the Pirates in a Mid-Suburban contest on Tuesday, September 16. The Pirates enter the contest with a record of 8-2. Palatine won 2-1 in their recent league contest against Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL)
Next, the Bulldogs meet the Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL) in a North Suburban test, on Wednesday, September 17. Waukegan will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Blue Devils go into the test with a 7-11 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Wauconda (Wauconda, IL).
