The Esperanza Aztecs topped the visiting El Dorado Golden Hawks volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Aztecs now have a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Steele Canyon for a non-league test on Friday, September 17. Esperanza will confront a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Valhalla (El Cajon, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-10.

The Golden Hawks (8-7) will now prepare for their test against Villa Park (Villa Park, CA). The Spartans enter the North Hills test with a 9-8 record. In their last test, Villa Park gained a win over Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
