Bangor Slaters (Bangor, PA) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team nudge the host Saucon Valley Panthers (Hellertown, PA), 26-21 in a league test.

With the win, Bangor improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Slaters host Wilson Area (Easton, PA) to confront the Warriors in a Colonial-Schuylkill test on Friday, September 23. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 0-4. Wilson Area lost 55-14 in their recent league test against Lehighton (Lehighton, PA)

With the loss, Saucon Valley moves to 2-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Pottsville (Pottsville, PA) to confront the Crimson Tide in a Colonial-Schuylkill test on Friday, September 23. The Crimson Tide go into the test with a record of 1-3. Pottsville lost 17-0 in their recent league test against Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA)
