September 23, 2022: Bangor, PA 18013

In Friday's league match, the host Bangor Slaters football squad scored a good 34-7 victory over the Wilson Area Warriors.

In their next game, the Slaters clash with the Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA) in a Colonial-Schuylkill match, on Friday, September 30. Bangor will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Crimson Tide enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 19-14 league win over Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA).

The Warriors (0-5) will now prepare for their match against Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA). The Spartans enter the Colonial-Schuylkill match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Southern Lehigh ran past Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA), 22-18, in a league match.
