The Palmer Dragons (Marks, MS) football edged the host Byhalia Indians (Byhalia, MS), 14-8 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Dragons face the O'Bannon Greenwaves (Greenville, MS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 24. Palmer will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Greenwaves enter the bout with a 1-3 record after their 40-0 non-league loss to Simmons (Hollandale, MS).
