Kentucky High School Volleyball - Magoffin County can't hold off Menifee County
September 16, 2023: Salyersville, KY 41465 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Menifee County Wildcats volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Magoffin County Hornets.
The Wildcats (2-14) will now prepare for their battle against Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY). The Black Devils come into the non-league battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, Robertson County nudged Augusta (Augusta, KY), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Hornets encounter the Nicholas County Bluejackets (Carlisle, KY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 16. Magoffin County will attempt to move on its 2-13 season record. The Bluejackets come into the battle with a 7-7 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Mason County (Maysville, KY).
