Georgia High School Softball - Heard County bounces Pepperell
September 16, 2024: Franklin, GA 30217 The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Heard County Braves (Franklin, GA) and the visiting Pepperell Dragons (Lindale, GA), observed Heard County's softball team prevail over Pepperell by a tally of 12-1.
The Braves (13-5) will now prepare for their bout against Central (Carrollton, GA). The Lions go into the non-league bout with a 7-7 record. In their last bout, Central was routed by Bremen (Bremen, GA), 13-1, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Dragons clash with the Bremen Blue Devils (Bremen, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 6 bout, on Wednesday, September 18. Pepperell will attempt to advance on its 5-14 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 12-7 record after their 13-1 non-league win over Central (Carrollton, GA).
