September 16, 2024: Austin, PA 16720 The Austin Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Smethport Hubbers to 0 in the Panthers league triumph on Monday.
The Panthers now have a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Coudersport for a Northern Tier - West outing on Wednesday, September 18. Austin will play a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league win over Galeton (Galeton, PA). The Falcons record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, Smethport drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Hubbers host Otto-Eldred (Duke Center, PA) to play the Terrors in a Northern Tier - West outing on Wednesday, September 18. The Terrors come into the outing with a record of 3-0. Otto-Eldred won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Galeton (Galeton, PA)
