September 16, 2025: Franklin Park, IL 60131 Lane Tech Champions (Chicago, IL) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the host Leyden Eagles (Franklin Park, IL), 2-0 in a non-league outing.
The Champions (9-0) will now prepare for their outing against Chicago Washington (Chicago, IL). The Patriots go into the outing with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Chicago Washington got by Kankakee (Kankakee, IL), 7-3, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Whitney Young Dolphins (Chicago, IL) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 16. Leyden will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Dolphins come into the test with a 3-4 record after their 1-0 league win over Juarez (Chicago, IL).
