Georgia High School Softball - Gainesville bounces Chattahoochee
September 16, 2025: Alpharetta, GA 30022 The Gainesville Red Elephants (Gainesville, GA) softball routed the host Chattahoochee Cougars (Alpharetta, GA), 22-10 in Tuesday's league test.
Next, the Red Elephants meet the Johns Creek Gladiators (Johns Creek, GA) in a 5A Region 7 test, on Thursday, September 18. Gainesville will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record. The Gladiators go into the test with a 8-13 record after their 9-8 non-league win over Blessed Trinity (Roswell, GA).
The Cougars (0-12) will now prepare for their test against Milton (Milton, GA). The Eagles go into the 5A Region 7 test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, Milton prevailed over Roswell (Roswell, GA), 5-1, in a league outing.
