In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Baker County Bears volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Mitchell County Eagles.

The Bears (5-12) will now prepare for their test against Quitman County (Georgetown, GA). The Hornets go into the 1A Area 1 test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Quitman County was defeated by Taylor County (Butler, GA), 2-0, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westover for a non-league test on Thursday, September 18.
