Texas High School Volleyball - Chaparral overwhelmed by Wimberley

Wimberley Texans (Wimberley, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Chaparral Bobcats (Killeen, TX), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Wimberley improves its record to 30-5 on the season. The Texans host Johnson City (Johnson City, TX) to meet the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 19. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 23-8. Johnson City won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Blanco (Blanco, TX)

Next, the Bobcats meet the University Trojans (Waco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 16 challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Chaparral will attempt to upgrade on its 10-19 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 8-17 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Connally (Waco, TX).
