Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Wimberley Texans (Wimberley, TX) and the host Seguin Matadors (Seguin, TX), saw Wimberley's volleyball squad notch a victory over Seguin by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Wimberley improves its record to 20-5 on the season. The Texans travel to Floresville (Floresville, TX) to encounter the Tigers/Jaguars in a non-league test on Friday, August 29. The Tigers/Jaguars enter the challenge with a record of 15-7. Floresville won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Marshall (San Antonio, TX)
