North Carolina High School Volleyball - Vance Charter over Discovery Charter School

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Vance Charter Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Discovery Charter School Trailblazers.

The Knights (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC). The Griffins come into the Triangle North 1A/2A challenge with a 6-8 record. In their last challenge, Oxford Prep was beaten by Eno River Academy (Hillsborough, NC), 3-0, in a league test.

The Trailblazers now sport a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Excelsior Classical Academy for a Triangle North 1A/2A test on Thursday, September 18. Discovery Charter School will face a Flying Lions squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC). The Flying Lions record now stands at 7-8.
