The East Carteret Mariners (Beaufort, NC) volleyball prevailed the visiting Lejeune Devilpups (Camp Lejeune, NC), 3-1 in Tuesday's league match.

Next up, the Mariners confront the Northside - Pinetown Panthers (Pinetown, NC) in a Coastal Plains 1A/2A match, on Thursday, September 18. East Carteret will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 5-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pamlico County (Bayboro, NC).
