The Tigers (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hattiesburg (Hattiesburg, MS). The Tigers enter the Class 6A Region 3 contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, Hattiesburg was tipped by George County (Lucedale, MS), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Patriots battle the West Jones Mustangs (Laurel, MS) in a Class 6A Region 3 battle, on Thursday, September 18. Forest Hill will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Mustangs go into the battle with a 4-10 record after their 3-0 league win over Terry (Terry, MS).
