September 16, 2025: Independence, LA 70443 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons (Hammond, LA) and the host Independence Tigers (Independence, LA), observed St. Thomas Aquinas's volleyball team top Independence by a count of 3-0.
The Falcons (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Loranger (Loranger, LA). The Wolves go into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Loranger achieved victory over Pine (Franklinton, LA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
The Tigers now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklinton for a non-league contest on Wednesday, September 17. Independence will meet a Demons team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Pine (Franklinton, LA). The Demons record now stands at 2-3.
