In Tuesday's league test, the visiting South Lyon Lions volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Milford Mavericks.

With the win, South Lyon improves its record to 17-5 on the season. The Lions host Walled Lake Western (Walled Lake, MI) to face the Warriors in a Lakes Valley test on Thursday, September 18. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 2-10. Walled Lake Western lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Flushing (Flushing, MI)

The Mavericks now own a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Williamston for a non-league test on Monday, September 22. Milford will face a Hornets squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Haslett (Haslett, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 8-2.
