The Milford Mavericks (Highland, MI) volleyball tipped the host Novi Wildcats (Novi, MI), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league match.

Next up, the Mavericks confront the Clarkston Wolves (Clarkston, MI) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 11. Milford will attempt to advance on its 23-7 season record. The Wolves enter the match with a 18-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Adams (Rochester, MI).

With the loss, Novi drops to 15-12 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Hartland (Hartland, MI) to clash with the Eagles in a Kensington Lakes - West bout on Tuesday, October 14. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 10-17. Hartland lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Harper Creek (Battle Creek, MI)
