In Friday's league game, the Huntington Highlanders (Huntington, WV) football team knocked off the host George Washington Patriots (Charleston, WV), by a final score of 30-14.

The Highlanders (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Capital (Charleston, WV). The Cougars come into the Mountain State game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Capital toppled Riverside (Belle, WV), 42-22, in a league game.
