Pennsylvania High School Football - Purchase Line overwhelms Marion Center

September 17, 2021: Marion Center, PA 15759

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Purchase Line Red Dragons (Commodore, PA) and the host Marion Center Stingers (Marion Center, PA), observed Purchase Line's football squad bounce Marion Center by a tally of 49-13.

The Red Dragons (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Penns Manor (Clymer, PA). The Comets come into the Heritage game with a 1-3 record.

The Stingers now sport a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Homer-Center for a Heritage battle on Friday, September 24. Marion Center will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 43-26 league win over West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-1.
