The Battle Mountain Longhorns (Battle Mountain, NV) football overcame the host North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA), 64-38 in Saturday's league bout.

In their next game, the Longhorns face the Incline Highlanders (Incline Village, NV) in a 2A Northern bout, on Friday, September 23. Battle Mountain will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.
