September 17, 2022: Kodiak, AK 99615 The Kodiak Bears topped the visiting Homer Mariners volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bears now have a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wasilla for a 4A Northern Lights test on Friday, September 30.
The Mariners (17-10) will now prepare for their test against Barrow (Utqiagvik, AK). The Whalers enter the non-league test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Barrow gained a win over Nikiski (Nikiski, AK), 2-0, in a non-league test.
