September 17, 2024: Fall River, MA 02720 Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Durfee Hilltoppers (Fall River, MA), 2-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Brockton moves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Boxers host New Bedford (New Bedford, MA) to clash with the Whalers in a Southeast test on Thursday, September 19. The Whalers come into the test with a record of 2-1. New Bedford won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Somerset Berkley Regional (Somerset, MA)
The Hilltoppers now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dartmouth for a Southeast test on Friday, September 20. Durfee will clash with a Indians team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Medfield (Medfield, MA). The Indians record now stands at 4-1.
