September 17, 2024: Jay, OK 74346 The Jay Bulldogs softball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Vinita Hornets to 1 in the Bulldogs league win on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now possess a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vinita for a 4A District 7 battle on Tuesday, September 17. Jay will confront a Hornets team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Nowata (Nowata, OK). The Hornets record now stands at 6-13.
With the loss, Vinita moves to 6-16 on the season. The Hornets travel to Jay (Jay, OK) to confront the Bulldogs in a 4A District 7 battle on Tuesday, September 17. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 13-7. Jay lost 6-0 in their recent non-league battle against Miami (Miami, OK)
