California High School Volleyball - Concord over Ygnacio Valley
September 17, 2024: Concord, CA 94521 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Concord Bears (Concord, CA) and the visiting Ygnacio Valley Wolves (Concord, CA), observed Concord's volleyball team top Ygnacio Valley by a count of 3-1.
The Bears (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Freedom (Oakley, CA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Freedom notched a victory over Pittsburg (Pittsburg, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Wolves battle the Clayton Valley Charter Ugly Eagles (Concord, CA) in a Diablo-Valley contest, on Thursday, September 19. Ygnacio Valley will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Ugly Eagles enter the contest with a 2-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Mt. Diablo (Concord, CA).
