In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Walton Braves volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Holmes County Blue Devils.

The Braves (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Freeport (Freeport, FL). The Bulldogs enter the 3A District 1 challenge with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, Freeport got by Laurel Hill (Laurel Hill, FL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Blue Devils meet the Altha Wildcats (Altha, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Holmes County will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Cottondale (Cottondale, FL).
