Mississippi High School Volleyball - O'Bannon bounced by Riverside
September 17, 2024: Greenville, MS 38704 Riverside Bulldogs (Avon, MS) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host O'Bannon Greenwaves (Greenville, MS), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Riverside improves its record to 9-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Leflore County (Itta Bena, MS) to face the Tigers in a Class 2A Region 3 test on Thursday, September 19. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 8-1. Leflore County won 3-0 in their recent league test against O'Bannon (Greenville, MS)
The Greenwaves now own a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Leflore County for a Class 2A Region 3 test on Wednesday, September 18.
