California High School Volleyball - San Ysidro tips Castle Park
September 17, 2025: San Diego, CA 92154 Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the San Ysidro Cougars (San Diego, CA) and the visiting Castle Park Trojans (Chula Vista, CA), observed San Ysidro's volleyball team hold off Castle Park by a count of 2-1.
With the win, San Ysidro improves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Cougars host Hilltop (Chula Vista, CA) to encounter the Lancers in a non-league battle on Friday, September 19. The Lancers go into the battle with a record of 4-3.
The Trojans now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Ysidro for a contest on Friday, October 10.
