Classical Purple (Providence, RI) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Classical advances its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Purple travel to Cranston West (Cranston, RI) to clash with the Falcons in a Division 1 test on Friday, September 19. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 3-1. Cranston West 1-1 in their recent league game against Moses Brown (Providence, RI)
