Pennsylvania High School Soccer - George Washington toppled by Franklin Towne
September 17, 2025: Philadelphia, PA 19137 Franklin Towne Warriors (Philadelphia, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting George Washington Eagles (Philadelphia, PA), 5-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Franklin Towne advances its record to 4-5 on the year. The Warriors travel to Radnor (Radnor, PA) to play the Raptors in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 20. The Raptors go into the outing with a record of 5-1. Radnor 0-0 in their recent league outing against Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA)
Next up, the Eagles play the MAST Community Charter Panthers (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, September 18. George Washington will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.
