September 17, 2025: Fayetteville, NC 28304 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Overhills Jaguars (Spring Lake, NC) and the host Seventy-First Falcons (Fayetteville, NC), saw Overhills's soccer squad knock off Seventy-First by a count of 6-3.
The Jaguars (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against South View (Hope Mills, NC). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, South View tipped Scotland (Laurinburg, NC), 4-3, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Falcons battle the Lumberton Pirates (Lumberton, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 18. Seventy-First will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Pirates enter the battle with a 3-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Red Springs (Red Springs, NC).
