Georgia High School Softball - East Laurens can't get by Vidalia
September 17, 2025: East Dublin, GA 31027 The Vidalia Indians edged the host East Laurens Falcons softball squad by a count of 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Indians play the Savannah Christian Raiders (Savannah, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 3 challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Vidalia will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Raiders come into the battle with a 4-5 record after their 18-0 non-league win over Jenkins (Savannah, GA).
The Falcons (14-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Central (Macon, GA). The Chargers enter the 1A D-I Region 2 challenge with a 8-8 record. In their last challenge, Central was nudged by Dodge County (Eastman, GA), 9-1, in a league challenge.
