In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting Garfield Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Franklin Quakers.

The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Chief Sealth (Seattle, WA). The Seahawks go into the 3A Metro test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Chief Sealth was defeated by Ballard (Seattle, WA), 3-2, in a league test.

The Quakers now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cleveland for a 3A Metro test on Monday, September 22. Franklin will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Nathan Hale (Seattle, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-3.
