September 17, 2025: Charlotte Court House, VA 23923 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Fuqua Falcons (Farmville, VA) and the host Randolph-Henry Statesmen (Charlotte Court House, VA), saw Fuqua's volleyball squad nudge Randolph-Henry by a score of 3-2.
With the win, Fuqua improves its record to 3-6 on the season. The Falcons travel to Amelia Academy (Amelia Court House, VA) to encounter the Patriots in a Virginia Colonial battle on Thursday, September 18. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 3-3. Amelia Academy won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Tidewater Academy (Wakefield, VA)
The Statesmen now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buckingham for a James River battle on Thursday, September 18. Randolph-Henry will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Prince Edward County (Farmville, VA). The Knights record now stands at 2-2.
