In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ) volleyball team knocked off the host Skyline Coyotes (Mesa, AZ), by a margin of 3-0.

The Knights now possess a 8-8 record. They play next when they travel to Gilbert for a 6A - Fiesta bout on Thursday, September 18. Higley will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Kofa (Yuma, AZ). The Tigers record now stands at 9-6.
