September 18, 2021: Grand Rapids, MI 49504 The West Catholic Falcons volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Lutheran North Mustangs to 0 in the Falcons non-league victory on Saturday.
The Falcons now have a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cadillac for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 18. West Catholic will battle a Vikings squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Traverse City Central (Traverse City, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 14-3.
With the loss, Lutheran North drops to 11-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Regina (Warren, MI) to battle the in a Catholic - AA contest on Wednesday, September 22. The come into the contest with a record of 5-9. Regina won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Our Lady of the Lakes (Waterford, MI)
