September 18, 2023: Glenelg, MD 21737 The Glenelg Gladiators football team (Glenelg, MD), was knocked off 23-7 in Monday's league challenge with the visiting Mt. Hebron Vikings (Ellicott City, MD)
The Vikings (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Oakland Mills (Columbia, MD). The Scorpions come into the Howard County challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Oakland Mills was knocked off by Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD), 41-26, in a league challenge.
The Gladiators now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Reservoir for a Howard County challenge on Friday, September 22. Glenelg will meet a 'Gators team coming off a 49-0 league win over Hammond (Columbia, MD). The 'Gators record now stands at 4-0.
