Maryland High School Football - River Hill topples Glenelg
October 20, 2023: Glenelg, MD 21737 The River Hill Hawks (Clarksville, MD) football defeated the host Glenelg Gladiators (Glenelg, MD), 20-7 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Hawks face the Atholton Raiders (Columbia, MD) in a Howard County bout, on Friday, October 27. River Hill will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Raiders enter the bout with a 5-3 record after their 41-6 league win over Hammond (Columbia, MD).
The Gladiators (5-3) will now prepare for their bout against Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD). The enter the Howard County bout with a 4-4 record. In their last bout, Marriotts Ridge defeated Centennial (Ellicott City, MD), 38-0, in a league bout.
