Next, the Mustangs confront the Apex Cougars (Apex, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 20. Middle Creek will attempt to better on its 6-0 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 2-1 league loss to Apex Friendship (Apex, NC).
The Imps now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Holly Springs for a challenge on Wednesday, September 20. Cary will confront a Golden Hawks team coming off a 2-1 league win over Green Level (Cary, NC). The Golden Hawks record now stands at 6-1.
