South Carolina High School Volleyball - Waccamaw over Manning
September 18, 2023: Manning, SC 29102 The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC) and the host Manning Monarchs (Manning, SC), saw Waccamaw's volleyball squad beat Manning by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Waccamaw upgrades its record to 5-1 on the year. The Warriors host Aynor (Aynor, SC) to play the Blue Jackets in a AAA Region 7 bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Blue Jackets go into the bout with a record of 14-4. Aynor won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Manning (Manning, SC)
The Monarchs now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Georgetown for a AAA Region 7 bout on Tuesday, September 19. Manning will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Loris (Loris, SC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-4.
