September 18, 2024: Cathedral City, CA 92234 Cathedral City Lions (Cathedral City, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Desert Mirage RAMS (Thermal, CA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Cathedral City improves its record to 3-11 on the season. The Lions travel to Desert Hot Springs (Desert Hot Springs, CA) to face the Golden Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, September 23. The Golden Eagles go into the test with a record of 4-8. Desert Hot Springs lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Twentynine Palms (Twentynine Palms, CA)
The RAMS now own a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Calexico Mission for a non-league test on Thursday, September 19. Desert Mirage will face a RoadRunners squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Borrego Springs (Borrego Springs, CA). The RoadRunners record now stands at 0-5.
