Minnesota High School Soccer - Blake knocks off Providence Academy
September 18, 2025: Minneapolis, MN 55403 The Blake Bears soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Providence Academy Lions to 0 in the Bears non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bears now hold a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Orono for a non-league game on Saturday, September 20. Blake will face a Spartans team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Jefferson (Bloomington, MN). The Spartans record now stands at 2-3.
The Lions (9-2) will now prepare for their game against Esko (Esko, MN). The Eskomos come into the non-league game with a 8-0 record. In their last game, Esko nudged Marshall (Duluth, MN), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
